Andrew Kramer is in the feelings business - as in, it's his job to help schools and organizations establish the infrastructure needed to make sure it feels good to learn, both for youth and adults. He believes that for a learner to succeed, they need to be engaged, participate in strong and meaningful content, and have an emotional connection with the facilitator.

A proud member of the Denver SEAL Team– the team responsible for developing the infrastructure for social and emotional learning in Denver Public Schools- Andrew specializes in professional learning, OST program development, and youth and family engagement. When he’s not deep in the SEAL world, Andrew can be found running after his 9 month old daughter, PJ, and enjoying adulthood with his wife, Katie.
