Youth Empowerment Project’s Design Works (
www.yepdesignworks.org) is a job training program for creative careers. We try to create equal access to careers in Design, Marketing, and the Arts through a paid Apprenticeship model. In this workshop we will outline the context in which YEP Design Works exists, get hands-on experience with how Design Works builds community, and a discuss programmatic strategies.
