STEM programs can expose youth to a wide variety of experiences that help them develop skills and knowledge needed for success in life.  Often the subjects taught are based on the strengths of the facilitator, not necessarily the interests of the youth.  This session will take the experiential education model and assist participants in making their programming youth centered and directed. In this interactive session you’ll learn to foster the skills of youth and help them explore their passion – without burning yourself out.
