Modeling the function and flow of a typical youth group mentoring circle, we will co-create a set of agreements, share our personal stories, and find connection and meaning in a brave, compassionate space. This session is offered to provide a glimpse into the power of practicing "The Way of Council" as a form of group mentoring with supporting youth to find and amplify their voice. Key takeaways include a framework for circle facilitation, and a deep sense of belonging with other participants.
