In this session, we will explore the struggles of navigating afterschool programming institutions as POC while working through our own internalized trauma, and how that can show up in our work. We will discuss strategies to build inclusivity and accessibility for youth and how strategically re-centering ourselves rewrites our narrative and governs youth autonomy.
