This session will help participants explore how to elevate youth voice and leadership by providing insight into the various ways in which the voices of Youth of Color are often silenced or minimized. This workshop will help participants gain skills and tools to recognize when and how this happens, as well as how to alter this type of action. By engaging in this workshop, participants will explore how to elevate youth voice and leadership by assuring that all youth voice is heard and valued.
