Come and learn ways to lead engaging, culturally responsive programs using Creative Facilitation. You’ll gain a toolbox of easy-to-lead arts-based activities that empower youth voice and teach multiple life-skills like creativity, collaboration, confidence, motivation, and leadership. You’ll learn ways to develop a safer atmosphere for youth from diverse backgrounds and experiences to take creative risks and build bridges across lines of difference. And you’ll learn ways to engage even the most reluctant participants. In the process, you’ll discover how creative you are, and gain new confidence in your leadership. Anyone can be a creative facilitator. You just need some tools, and the willingness to give it a try. No previous experience with the arts is required.
